You will receive an email if your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup. JRS orders will be provided a tracking number.
FOR THOSE WITHIN LUZON: If you have a large order or are upgrading to hard box packaging, we highly suggest you to select the Local Delivery option, which means that your order will be shipped via Lalamove (door-to-door) or Drop & Go (pickup at nearest branch) and the shipping fee will decrease significantly. We will you contact you via text or Viber and settle the shipping cost via GCash or bank transfer. This way, the shipping fee will only range between ₱100 - ₱1,500, significantly less than what JRS charges for large packages.
Clutch with Pouch ships within the week, while Clutch with Hard Box ships next week. Message us on IG/FB for rush orders.
- #1: For large orders, kindly film the unboxing of your parcel in case of major damages & missing pieces

- #3: Both conditions above must be met in order for us to issue a free exchange
- #4: To report an issue, kindly send a picture or video of your concern to our email with the subject, "Order Exchange - (enter your Order ID)"
